Hi, my name is Dan Baisden

So what is this “Put One Fort Forward” about you keep talking about?  Well it’s really the story about me.  My life has always been changing, since leaving my family at the age of 18 to go out and explore the world I have always found a place to call home.  Well how did I ever guess that my life would go full circle and someday return to what was once my real home, Fort Wayne Indiana.

I am a radio connoisseur, see my job is Program Director/Listener Services of WAJI-FM Majic 95.1 in Fort Wayne Indiana.  I am the kind of guy that will spend countless hours at work because I truly love what I do.  Radio is unique in the sense that you still get to create every single day.  I love to “create” and “impact” in the same breath.  In 2011 my many years in radio paid off with an award from Edison Research as the Top 30 Under 30 in American Radio Professionals.

My other passion is my faith.  I find peace in my relationship with Christ and while there may be so many views of His life on this earth, mine is that He came and He loved.  He loved the sinner!  I am that sinner.  My life is far from perfect, but I know that if I can make a difference in someones life by doing something good and showing them I can do it only because of Christ, thats what really matters.

I love Branding, Community Support and creating culture.  Put me in a room and let me do that for a few hours and you will see some magic happen.
